They are best known for building Control4 and other companies in the Utah market and both have a proven track record of success.  The mission of SilverVue is to develop software technology that improves the quality of healthcare and the patient experience.  SilverVue's first product, SilverSearch, is an innovative tablet application used by case managers and discharge teams to assist patients in choosing a post-acute care provider upon discharge from a hospital. Job Description

Inside sales executives are high-energy, self-directed individuals who will make contact with post-acute care providers nationwide and remotely demonstrate the value of SilverVue products. This position includes inbound and outbound business development as well as closing opportunities. Applicants must be self-starting and have the ability to develop their own pipeline and forecast. This is a great opportunity for a business development rep to take the next step and move toward a hybrid closing role or for a seasoned sales professional to move to the next level in their career.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Successfully meet sales targets through rigorous prospecting, executing effective selling techniques and accurate forecasting
  • Service inbound sales inquiries promptly providing exceptional service to all prospects
  • Manage and optimize an assigned territory
  • Keep yourself informed of the industry and relevant technologies to ensure that you are a trusted resource to prospects
  • Develop expert knowledge of SilverVue's products and services
  • Maintain outstanding post-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships with clients 
  • Drive adoption of SilverVue products within existing customer base utilizing corporate resources

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to employ solution selling techniques with exceptional ability to effectively discover prospects needs and use value-based sales approach
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to slay assigned quota through personal planning and execution
  • Well defined sense of personal accountability, "owns it" and takes initiative
  • Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce, to track and provide visibility into activity, pipeline generation, target accounts, closed revenue and forecast
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers and leaders in a fast paced iterative organization
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze prospect data and develop financially sound sales proposals 
  • Exceptional remote demo/presentation skills that focus on benefits and insights, resonate with prospects, and efficiently move prospects down the funnel
  • Strong communication and clear thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and rapport, and develop influential relationships at all levels of an organization

Required Experience

  • Proven track record of success and top performance in competitive environments
  • 2 or more years' experience in sales, B2B preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, IT, or SaaS software preferred


  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
