Customer Support Representative

General Description:

Customer Support Representatives will focus on addressing first level questions from clients, adding/verifying data into the customer database. The CSR will also address technical issues, and support other departments as needed. They will also be flexible to a rapidly changing work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform calls to prospective customers
  • Articulate our product features and value
  • Collect and verify data and input into the database
  • Respond to internal and external customer support inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical and hardware issues for customers
  • Record existing and prospective account interactions in CRM
  • Approach client interactions with enthusiasm
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Special Projects as assigned

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Demonstrated Customer Service Experience
  • Data Entry Experience
  • Call Center Experience

Qualifications / Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Call center or phone sales
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Track record of reliability and punctuality

Preferred Skills:

  • Health Insurance/Health Care experience preferred
  • Innovative
  • Flexibility and Adaptability to a changing work environment
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Experience working with data management
  • Multitasking
